Almighty and Eternal God, thank you for speaking to us throughhuman words. Thank you for your Gospel that gives us the message ofJesus and your salvation for us in him. Please fuel my hunger toknow your Word more fully and to live it more completely. Thank youfor giving me a source of truth that is reliable, stable, andenduring. Father, thank you for providing the sacrifice that makes meclean. Thank you for seeing my worth through the perfection of Jesus and his sacrifice. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for paying off mydebt to sin and for sharing your perfection with me. May my lifetoday, and everyday, more closely resemble the perfection you havegiven me by your grace. In the name of my Savior Jesus, I pray.Amen.
