This week i went to hotel to help for the
SIA 60
th anniversary.
The school send 5 kitchen team and 15 service team to the Hotel.
It was fun,
cus i get a closer look at how a real hotel runs as a whole team.
The kitchen side,service side,room service,front office and the housekeeping side.
It was really cool to see tat night serving 200
pax 4 course set dinner.
I was attached to the main banquet kitchen for helping serving the
potager (soup) and Main course.
Well i had a great time spending there.
Ate tenderloin which was for stand by meal..
and the
confit tomato....it was
gorges the tomato melted in my mouth with juicy nature jus shoot out from the tomato.....yummyI shall try confit duck,slamon.vegetables for my comprehensive exam too..
