Yes Yes !! I know ..... long time never blog right, since after Chinese new year.ermmm....Currently i'm having attachment in schools outlets.But was excused by Chef cus i am participating in the international MLA (Aust. Meat and live stock) Black Box Culinary Competition to be held on 19 and 20 May in MM Hotel.Again this time round will be representing school with two of my teammates and one team manager for kitchen bridge and 4 service bridge. So,we have been excused for trainning in school.This competition is to draw a black box containing mastry of ingredients and the kitchen bridge supposed to plan a 3 course menu from a appetizer to a main course and a dessert to serve 3 portions for judging,photograph and display for guest.And also,to serve 20 portions on the spot for the VIP Gala dinner.Basically,I am incharged of appetizer and i am having r&d to develop my dish.We have been practicing lot's and lot's of product which we think would possibllity be coming out.Humm... so well like i told myself take it easy,cus winning or not doesn't matter cus atlease is a once and a life time experience having the gloryrep school... hahahl lo ppl wait for my good news ! cheers
