Just reached home after today's Dry Run 7.Was really tired teaching one of the classmate doing both the BBQ sauce as well as the Shell fish sauce.Today the dry run was improving from good to excellent.Hope that the actual day it will be going smoothly.Today i also did a one big chicken stock for the up coming event.I throw in whole numbers of Onions,Carrots,Leek and some other herbs and spices to make the stock taste nice.The most troublesome thing is we had to drained the stock using a fine strainer,other then that i think it should not have any problem.The dates for my events catering had been shorten to 4 days instead of 6 days due to public hoildays and events that held in different outlets.But anyway,though it is only a 4 days events,I will surely present a wonderful and a most memorable dinning experience for all the dinners
